CANCELLATION POLICY RESERVATIONS: All reservations require a valid credit card deposit to be confirmed. Additional costs will be charged on your arrival. We accept Visa & Master-Card only. Holiday Weekend Reservation All holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) require a three-night minimum stay, pre-paid in full 14 days before rental date to be confirmed, and NON-REFUNDABLE after confirmed. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of a prime site and/or full hook-up, all but fee of $5.00 per night of your deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you forfeit your one night deposit. If unit is re-rented full refund is given less the $5.00 per day cancellation fee. Failure to show constitutes forfeiture. Holiday Weekend Cancellation On holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day), all but a $5.00 fee per day of your deposit is refundable if you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date you forfeit your entire amount. If unit is re-rented refund is given less the $5.00 per night cancellation fee. Failure to show constitutes forfeiture. ONCE YOU ARE CHECKED IN: *YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for the entire length of your reservation. *NO REFUNDS for early departure or weather conditions. *FAILURE TO SHOW constitutes forfeiture. *NO REFUNDS for holiday reservations. |
